1. Definitions

 

SYDNEYWEBS.COM.AU is owned by OLALA.COM.AU. It will be named Provider.
Anyone who makes any request or quota to the provider will be named Customer.

2. Warranty

 

a) Phisycal products shipped to the Customer are fully insured world wide by the post service used. The final price includes insurance.

If, by Customer request the product is no fully covered by any insurance, the Provider has no responsibility and the Customer agree never and nowhere ask for returns or any kind of compensation.


3. Shipping and delivery

 

Products are delivered using Australian Post Office Services, Curriers and COD (Cash On Delivery). Items are delivered at the shipping address. They can be delivered to the Customer door using special services. There will be extra charges.

4. Money return

 

a) Customers has the right to receive back money he has paid. He must ask this via email or using the contact page and must provide all data in order to be fully identified (address, phone, full name, id, username and secret question and answer). At the same time they must prove that their requests are based on real facts.

 

b) Money will be never returned in the event the Customer violates the Agreement of this website. Please read Conditions of Use.

 

c) In case of products covered by third party (i.e. Insurance provided by the postal services) the process of returning is a matter of the third part's terms and conditions.

 

d) The Provider assumes all responsibilities to deliver in time only his items / products. The Customer agree never and nowhere ask for any kind or compensation know or unknown the Provider or Provider's affiliates and partners if product has not been sent by him. The Customer agrees to ask for compensation only the Provider's supplier of those products. The Provider will fully support the customer in his action.
